- We will only take on a project if we can complete it safely. We have insurance and WCB coverage, so if an incident does occur, the homeowner is not liable. That liability protection for you is contingent on us following the safety rules.
- We will only agree to be paid once you are happy with the results, which include a roof being done right, a property left clean, and an experience that your neighbors would want for their roof.

Narrow Focus & Superior Standards
Sargeant's Roofing does not service flat roofs, clay tiles, or Decra metal roofing. This does mean that, occasionally, we need to turn away a job. However, it also means that we specialize in providing the best end result on a very narrow selection of projects.
We will not bite off more than we can chew, which means not taking on unrealistic projects like apartment buildings or homes larger than 6,000 square feet.
